My Info & Goals: Day 1

I weigh 140 pounds.
I want to lose 10-15 pounds.
I wear a size 7/8
I want to wear a 5/6

**Things I plan to change in my daily life**

*No sugar in my morning coffee
*No fast food
*No soda
*No white bread
*Only skim milk (usually I drink 2%)
*No candy (only dark chocolate)
*Drink more water
*Eat more vegetables
*Eat food higher in protein
*Incorporate more of a vegetarian diet and eat health yummy foods.
*Exercise daily!!!

My personal goal for the day is to run 2 miles and do yoga stretches.
