Today I ran my regular 2 mile loop in 16 min 39 sec. I'm proud of that time. I pushed it so hard I'm actually having problems with my left toe now..haha. When I got home after the run I took of my sneakers and walked over to the fridge to grab a water. I happened to look down and to my surprise there was blood all over my sock!!! I was like...what the??? So, it doesn't hurt or anything...yet. Susie said that one of my toe nails cut my other toe as I ran. I dunno??? Sorry if this is grossing you out but I want to report all injuries that come from my workouts so y'all know how hard I'm working...hhaa!
Then after I stretched I actually completed the fitness challenge for today!!!! Wahhhoooo! I seriously don't think I would have done any extra exercise if it wasn't for the challenge so this is really helping me too (even though I'm the one that came up with the challenge-haha!)
So yeah...I did 50 knee lunges, 20 push-up (2 sets of 10...they were rough) and then 100 crunches (2 sets of 50 with like a 1 min break in between.) I'm going to be even more sore than I already am now...haha! It's worth it though...summer here I come!!! My pool officially opens April 1 so I'm really using that as motivation too! :)

Food for today:
Breakfast:
Skipped (I actually forgot to eat...weird!)
Coffee with only cream
Lunch:
1 bottle of water (.5L)
Strawberry Yogurt (low fat) with wheatgerm
Salad made with spinach, arugula, and other leafy greens, 2 slices of ham chopped, and tossed in EVOO&V. Very healthy and satisfying.

Spiced Chi Tea with skim and one shot of espresso....mmmmm!
1 bottle of water (.5L)
Dinner:
1 glass skim milk (.5L)
Chicken breast (breaded)
1 scoop of mash potatoes
1/3 stalk of corn on cob (frzn kind)

Wow! Good work, but don't injure yourself for the cause. Make sure you drink plenty of water too. It only says you had two of the small bottles in your log. That challenge was tough too! Good for you for getting it all done!
