Day 3

Today's post (I'm posting a little late) is short and simple. I ate moderately healthy. I missed breakfast because I was rushing to get ready for work and didn't have time...big mistake...ha-ha! For lunch I had sliced turkey breast, tomato, cheese, and lite mayo wrapped in one of those low card wheat wraps. This is a very good lunch...tasty. Then for dinner I had PIZZA....wahhhooooo! Don't worry...it had a ton of vegetables on it (that's better than a meat lovers pizza with sausage and pepperoni...ha-ha!) I also had about 2 glasses of red wine...I can't remember...I lost count after a while....just kidding, it was about 2 glasses.

*For exercise: Jono and I went on a 2 mile walk when I got home from work. It was good to stretch my legs because they were a little sore from all the running earlier in the week and also from having to sit at a desk all day...blah!
