Today I ran 2 miles in 16 min and 37 sec. It was a good run. Then I lifted five pound weights in an assortment of ways to tone my arms. Also, I did 50 crunches and stretched some.
Food:
Oatmeal (instant brown sugar maple kind)
Swiss Miss Chocolate pudding snack
1 can of Tuna with a little lite Mayo
Cream of corn
Chicken breast strips
Water
Gatorade
Skim Milk
Coffee
(As you can see, I haven't been to the grocery store in a while. That's why I've been eating all this weird random food...haha!)

Hey girly...I am sorry about yesterday...my phone was OFF because the battery died and then when you called me after it was on I was in the middle of trying to type my resume......I will tell you ALL about it later!
