Today I rode my bike for 4 miles. I maintained a speed 12.5 miles per hour. My fastest speed was 22 miles per hour. It was windy today too so it was a little harder than usual. That's all for today. I like to take it nice and easy on the weekends and then crack down Mon-Fri.

Thanks for the encouraging comments and fun ideas. This is just what I needed to get myself back on track. I've been trying to do it myself but I need something like this to help me make the real changes. So just know even if I'm not writing in everyday I am still working towards the goal. Thanks.
